Uncle Tom Bloom was my father\'s younger brother. My father, Lambert Bloom and William Bloom, my father\'s older brother, all served in Europe during WWII. My oldest son, Cole, will visit Uncle Tom\'s gravesite as part of a Battlefield\'s tour from Vanier Catholic Secondary High School, Whitehorse, Yukon. To the best of my knowledge my son is the first relative to have the opportunity to visit Uncle Tom\'s grave.
